To improve the services we provide for your loved ones, Harmony Home Care offers transportation via a handicapped- accessible bus. For wheelchair bound patients, the van is
equipped with a chairlift as an added bonus to help efficiently board and safely secure your loved one during any trip.
Our ramp helps those with trouble navigating steps.
Door to door service is available for trips to and from physical therapy, the doctor's office, dialysis session or special outings.
Harmony Home Care is one of the few companies who take you to an appointment
and wait until you are finished at your appointment to return you home
safely. Caregivers are also available for assistance, if needed.
The Transportation Van allows us to schedule group outings as well. Please call us if we can help with your loved one.
