Caregiver Management
This type of service is beneficial for clients who want to employ caregivers to assist their loved one, but don’t have the experience in managing health care employees or professionals. This service will enable clients to remain in control. Without the proper guidance, clients may find themselves being managed by their caregivers, which is not beneficial for any party involved.
A Harmony Home Care representative will come to the client’s homes in order to aid them in managing their caregivers.
Enabling clients to recognize the “do’s and don’ts” of hiring caregivers and how to differentiate between acceptable and unacceptable behavior. This is extremely important, so that client’s remain in control of their households and the caregivers they hire, especially so the reverse does not occur.
Case Management
Our experience with Case Management gives you an Expert with your best interest in mind. We help you navigate the insurance requirements, doctor’s appointments and bill paying. We help with your loved one’s grocery shopping, banking, appointments (including transportation), and any other general needs. Think of us as the other sibling always ready to help care for your loved one.
